Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of getaab.com and the digital products sold by AI Automation Blueprint ("we", "us"). By buying a product or using this site, you agree to them. We have kept this readable on purpose — if anything is unclear, email admin@getaab.com before you buy.

What you are buying

Our products are digital downloads: n8n automation workflow templates (JSON files you import into your own n8n instance) and accompanying guides and documentation. Nothing physical is shipped. Products are delivered by download link after purchase, usually within minutes.

Your license

When you buy a product, you get a lifetime, non-exclusive license to use it. Specifically, you may: use the templates in your own business and personal projects, modify and adapt them however you like, and deploy them — including modified versions — for your own clients as part of the services you sell (your client work is exactly what these are built for). You may not: resell, redistribute, share, or give away the raw template files or guides themselves, whether as-is or lightly modified — that includes bundling them into your own paid products, uploading them to template marketplaces, sharing them in communities, or including them in courses. The value you sell is the implementation and service you build with them, not the files.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our products and site lawfully. Do not use the workflows for spam, scraping in violation of a target site's terms, harassment, deception, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for how you deploy an automation — a template that sends emails is a tool; sending unsolicited bulk email with it is on you. We may refuse service or revoke a license (with a refund) for abusive use.

No income guarantees

Our marketing sometimes references figures like "$500–$5,000" for what automation services can sell for. These are illustrative market rates we have observed — they are not a promise, guarantee, or projection of what you will earn. Your results depend on your skills, effort, market, pricing, and factors neither of us control. Many people earn nothing from any business product they buy. Buy these templates because they save you build time, not because of any expected income.

Intellectual property

All products, site content, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property (or used under license). Buying a product grants you the license described above — it does not transfer ownership. Anything you build on top of our templates for yourself or your clients is yours; the underlying template remains ours. "n8n" and other tool names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Third-party tools and services

Our workflows run on third-party software and services — n8n itself, AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), and whatever APIs a given template connects to. You are responsible for your own accounts with those providers, any usage costs they charge (for example, AI API fees), and complying with their terms of service. Third parties change their APIs, pricing, and policies without notice; we update templates when we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee a template will work forever against services we do not control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". We test our workflows and stand behind them (see our refund policy), but we do not warrant they will be error-free or fit for every environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a purchase is the one that governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Automation Blueprint operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where local consumer protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected by these terms.
